Shared Drive links are included with the city specific links & details. Here are links to a couple of videos you might like to use in your marketing:

DING! Shows
n some cities - whether for timing, technical or venue reasons - we perform a 90-minute, low-tech Triangle Show with material from the current show supplemented by some Best of Triangle numbers. In 2027, those locations are Greenville, SC and Raleigh, NC. Once available, DING! Marketing Materials can be found HERE.
Press Releases
Our undergraduate and trustee biz managers will put together press releases to send to local news outlets. They will reach out for any input you may be able to give in compiling this list.
Communications
We have multiple sources from which we get mailing lists for Tour, including
-
Triangle's database of past ticket buyers
-
Princeton University's alumni data, narrowed down by a zip code search of a given region
-
Local alumni association membership and distribution lists
Regional Alumni Mailings
We work with the Office of Alumni Development to create lists based off of Regional Alumni Association membership and a zip code radius around the Tour city. This ensures we catch any alumni in the area who are not on either of our lists.
Email announcement
-
We will have the University send an email announcement to all Princeton alumni in the area which will include performance information, a request for hosts and volunteers and information about purchasing tickets once they go on sale (no later than Dec 1).

Postal Mailings
-
Triangle will send a city-specific postcard invitation to alumni in your area. The invitations should arrive in early December. The invitations will direct them to alumni association emails/newsletters and the Triangle website for more details and ticket information. All of the show information will be available HERE as it gets finalized.
Alumni Assoc Mailings
Please use your membership lists, newsletters, etc. as a way to market Tour. I will continue to add material to the Marketing Materials folder on the Google Drive as it becomes available.
Triangle Database
In addition, Triangle will send emails to all previous local ticket buyers and anyone in our database who lives in your region.
-
Our email schedule includes, but is not limited to:
-
Late Oct/Early Nov - Announcement / Save the Date
-
As soon as possible, no later than 1st week of Dec - Tickets on sale now!
-
First week of Jan - It’s almost time
-
1 week before show
-
3 days before show
-
1 day before show
-
If you need us to adjust the days to keep from overlapping with your emails, please let us know and we will be happy to adjust the schedule.

If you would like us to include your membership in our mailings, please send me an excel spreadsheet of names and email addresses. These will ONLY be used for these specific emails.
Additional Outreach
Other Alumni Associations
Please reach out to any other regional alumni associations that are close enough for alumni to potentially travel for the show, asking them to help us publicize the event and adding it to their events calendar if possible. Ideas include
-
-
Other Princeton Alumni Associations within a reasonable distance
-
Other Regional Affinity Groups (Princeton Women’s Network, etc)
-
Other University Alumni organizations - All Ivy, Six Sisters, etc.
-
High Schools, Community Theatres, and Local Colleges
In an effort to increase our outreach, we have started reaching out to
-
Local high schools
-
Youth and adult community theater organizations
-
Local universities and colleges with theater programs
We will be contacting them to offer discounted seats for their students/members along with the opportunity for a Q&A session with the Triangle students. If alumni association members have relationships with any schools or programs, please let us know, typically the response is much stronger.
Current Students
-
With Wintersession having been canceled, many students will still be home on break when Triangle comes to town. These families are great for ticket sales and as potential hosts.

This requires that the local alumni association send an email to the University requesting that they send the information to the current students in your region. That information is not available to Triangle.
Princeton Early Admits
-
The Early Admission decisions will come out in mid-December, so early January is a great time to reach out and invite them to the show.
-
If it is within the resources of the Alumni Association, we have had success offering them a complimentary ticket with the city paying half and Triangle covering the other half ($5 each to cover the $10 student ticket). Hopefully they bring along family and/or friends who purchae regular tickets.
This requires either
-
Your local ASC team having the contact info for the new admits
-
You/your ASC team sending an email to Princeton asking them to send the information to the new admits.
